EXCHANGES & RETURNS METHOD:
We hope all of our customers are glade with their pervious purchase but rarely occasion an item is not fit. But we offer the option to return within 21 days of receiving a refund or exchange your Bioleathers order will be include a prepaid return label and the required return documents.
Moreover, all returned items must retain all original packaging, boxes and product tags. We are unable to accept items that are worn, used, altered or damaged without the attached tag or item. As a result, we are also unable to accept returns for customized items.
Refunds will be made to the original buyer’s account. Kindly note that it’s depending on your card issuer, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Kindly note that your new article will not be sent until your unwanted item is returned with our return team.

FOR RETURN’S CONDITIONS:
Bioleathers offers highly favorable return on online purchases within 21 days. One time we receive your refund, our return team will process your request and we will contact you by email to confirm your return and refund. We aim to process your return within 72 hours – as soon as possible but please allow 7 working days during the sale.
The product must be unused, not worn, washed and without any defects. Fashion products can be tested to see if they fit and will still be considered not worn.
The product should include original tags, user manual, warranty cards freebies, and accessories.
The product must be returned to the original and unfinished in packaging / box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Bioleathers packaging. It must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label. Do not put tape or stickers on the box or product. Overheads are liable to customer.
